Dear Parent,
It is with great sadness that, today, we learned about the death of sisters Sandra Mc Sorley and Cynthia Thompson’s mother. She was a well-known grandparent at the school. I remember her at the last Grandparents’ Day. The school has a very beautiful photograph of her with Sandra. We have also recently heard about two other families who have been bereaved recently. May I express our sympathies to Ciara and Billy Nicholl. Ciara lost her dad recently, and also to the family of former parent Annette Hallett, who also passed away. These people were all special and were part of our lives at Mullanaskea. We loved them very much and this is just a reminder of how precious each person in our community is.
Please collect the packs (P.1.- P.7. packs) from the children’s classrooms on Monday 25th January. I am starting with oldest first, if you have more than one child collect the packs at the same time. Just walk around to the classroom exterior doors as you normally would and collect the materials from the classrooms. Here is the timetable below:

P.5. 10am
P.4. 10:30am
P.3. 11am
P.2. 11:30am
P.1. 12 noon
(As stated, if for example, you have a child in P.7. and in P.4. collect at the earlier time slot i.e. 9:00am).
