Project 500

The P.6 and P.7 children from St. Patrick’s Primary School, Mullanaskea are currently enjoying their second year of the Q.U.B Project 500. Again it was timely to participate in this worthwhile initiative as Non-Fiction reading across the Key Stages is a focus on our School Development Plan.

We launched Project 500 on World Book Day and many of our staff and pupils dressed up as scientists to also celebrate National Science Week.

The children were further enthused with a visit from W5 who thrilled the children with their show and workshops.
