P.7 present their ESB Science Blast project.

This afternoon, the P.7 pupils presented their ESB Science Blast project which they have been working hard on, this term.

As their topic was ‘Space’, they asked the question if the size of the crater was determined by the size of the meteorite?  They carried out a series of investigations to help them come to their conclusion. 

They spoke knowledgeably and enthusiastically about their investigations and findings. 
They were adjudicated online via Zoom by Professor Ronan Killeen, Clinical Professor UCD School of Medicine. 
Professor Killeen awarded them an ESB Science Blast trophy.
