October 2021 Newsletter
School Nurse
Letters have been sent home from the School Nurse during the week. These letters will be collected from the school on Tuesday morning. Please return all letters on Monday 4th October if you have not already done so.
The School Nursing Team will be in school on Tuesday 19th October to administer the flu vaccinations.
School Contacts
If you would like to get in touch with your child’s teacher, please email the school on info@mullanaskea.enniskillen.ni.sch.uk as opposed to emailing the teacher individually. All emails will be passed on to the relevant teachers.
Panto
The children in Primary 3 to Primary 7 will be attending the Pantomime in the Grand Opera House, Belfast on Wednesday 5th January 2022. This year the children will be seeing their performance of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. A letter will be sent home with your child on Monday.
Information Packs
Each class teacher will be uploading information on the school website. A letter from Ms O'Neill will be sent out on Monday.
Brass
Brass will continue every Tuesday throughout the month of October.
P.E.
P1-P4 will have PE on Wednesday’s and children in P5-P7 will have PE every Thursday. Children can wear their PE kit to school on their PE day.
Spanish
Spanish lessons with our Spanish Teacher, Davide will recommence on Thursdays. School funds will be used to pay for the lessons for children in Primary 1 to Primary 4. A letter will be sent home on Monday with children in P5-P7.

If you have not already done so, please download the school app.
School Dinner
The price of a school dinner remains at £2.60. Please send in money with your child on Mondays. If it is possible, please send in money for the month instead of the week. For example, if you know your child will be taking dinner every Friday in the month of October, please send in £10.40 instead of sending in £2.60 each week.

Halloween
We will have a Halloween Dress-Up Day on Tuesday 26th October.
School Closures
The school will be closed on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th October for Halloween. The school will reopen on Monday 1st November for everyone.
