Day 2 of Summer Scheme

We had such an amazing day at school today. We are so grateful to Natalie and Becky who came down from Belfast to teach us so many new and fun circus skills. We worked with scarves and hats, bean bags and plates and best of all the flower sticks to help us juggle, balance, spin and manipulate. We worked as a team when we did whole group skipping. It was so entertaining to see the children enjoying themselves at something different. We also need to thank Dara O’Connor who gave each child the chance to show off their Beat Saber skills on his VR. We played games inside and out, watered our flowers and veg and had a great time snacking together. All in all, it was a real success! Tomorrow we head to the Forum for swimming, Ely Alley and a game of footie. We can’t wait!!
